Our deliveries are made by DHL. The prices of our deliveries, excluding promotional offers, are as follows:

*1. My item has still not arrived, is this normal?*

How do I check the status of my order and its delivery?
You can track your order from the link included in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, you can also track the status of your order on the Order Tracking page.
Enter your order number and email address, then click 'Track Order' to open the page.
Given the high demand, the delivery time is estimated between 1 to 3
weeks max. Although it is generally much faster.

*2. Why is delivery taking so long?*

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product ordered, the address and the delivery method.
During the period of sales and promotions, delivery times may be a little longer than usual.
To avoid high storage and labor costs,
our goods are abroad. This allows us to
offer items at very competitive prices while offering you the
support in French.

Delivery rules and restrictions:
Orders are shipped on business days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France and Germany.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Due to logistical difficulties with delivery to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and subject such orders to additional terms and conditions (eg minimum order amount). In the event of cancellation or difficulties relating to the processing of your order, you will receive a notification shortly after the observation of the problem.

*3. There are items missing from my order, where are they?*

We have a lot of suppliers, when you place an order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will therefore receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, some will be slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, then they will all be in the same package.

*4. Do you ship abroad?*

Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world except Iran & Russia.

*5. My item is damaged, can I get a refund?*

Absolutely, if your item arrives broken, send it back to us and you will
will be refunded.

*6. I made a mistake in the size of an item, can I have one
repayment ?*

Unfortunately this is not possible, so be careful before placing an order, if your item is a garment.

*7. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?*

Absolutely, just contact us and we will give you the
procedure. You have 30 days from receipt of the
merchandise. All you have to do is return the item to us and we will
100% refund. The return costs are your responsibility.
